Returns and Refunds Policy
Important Note:

Please note that your order is a custom printed product made specifically for you. If there is any issue with incorrect sizing, we will not be responsible for refunds or exchanges. To help you find the correct size, we have included a size chart available in the middle right of each product page. Please click on SIZE CHART within the product page to find the size that best fits you.

 

1 – Exchanges or Cancellations
All of our products are made to order. If you would like to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will not be responsible for any incorrect information if you do not provide it to us within 12 hours. After 12 hours, your order has been put into production and cannot be modified. Buyer assumes all risks of selecting the wrong style and size when purchasing, no returns or refunds are accepted in this case.

Lost Orders
If an order is lost in transit, we will send you a replacement at our expense. You will be provided with a tracking number and this is the information we use to determine whether the order was lost in transit or delivered.

Missing Address or Wrong Delivery Address
If there is any error with a missing address or you have provided us with an incorrect delivery address resulting in a failed delivery and return to us, please contact us and we will resolve the issue for you.

 

2 – Return or Replacement Policy
All products are subject to quality control before being sent to you – But to be sure, read below!

If the product has any of the following problems when you open the package, please let us know by taking a photo and emailing it directly to us with your order number.

+ The printed image is not clear.

+ The printed image is not centered on the shirt.

+ The package received does not match the order.

+ Damage due to shipping: torn, dirty…

+ The order is not the correct size, color, style compared to the order placed.

+ Other errors caused by us…

If the product you received has any of the above problems, please contact us via email or website with a photo of the defect and your order number. We will refund or replace the product when the problem is verified to be correct.

Note: * Returns are only accepted if the product has not been used or washed and is in the same condition as when you received it.

* We will not be responsible for the size if we make it to your request. In the event of delivering the wrong size compared to the order, we will adhere to the above policy.

 

3 – Refund Policy
Your refund will be made to the same credit card or original payment method you used to place the order. Since a refund is a refund of your payment, we can only send it back the same way you received it. Returning your payment this way is the fastest and safest way to receive your refund when we send it back to you.

Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

* Refund issues: Here are some reasons you will receive a full refund:
Duplicate order, we will cancel and refund you.
If you have not received your item within 30 days or you have received a damaged/defective item (see RETURN POLICY for conditions), we will process replacement orders first and you do not need to return the item. But if you still want a refund, we will process your store credit or refund after we receive your returned item.

* How to return an item?

 

Step 1: How to return?

– Returned items must be sent back to us within 30 days (???) from the date your package was delivered.

– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, unworn, unused, and unwashed or otherwise damaged. All original labels or hang tags must be intact.

– To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your product.

Step 2: We process the check.

– Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund as soon as possible. Check processing takes some time to compare and discuss with our partners.

Your refund will then be processed. It takes 3-5 business days to process after we have issued it.

– If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

– Next, contact your bank. There will usually be a processing time before the refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customer-support@256Cheap.com.
